I require a lower cost on highway fares the fuel cost is already high, why do I have to pay such high fares in highways?

    The prices are not set by Portugal. All the toll stations are owned by the Chinese. Just like the private hospitals CUF, the energy company EDP, insurance company Fidelidade and the banking sector, including Millennium bcp
